Born from a Passion for Bioinformatics

Founded by two passionate bioinformaticians, Alexandre and Dorian, Informatics for Bio-Companies (IBC) was created in 2016 with a clear mission:
to help life science companies and laboratories unlock the full potential of their data through tailor-made digital solutions.

It all began in 2015, when Alexandre and Dorian, then bioinformatics engineering students, discovered their shared ambition to launch a company.
Out of this entrepreneurial spirit, IBC was born — a company built by biologists, for biologists.
Since day one, IBC has worked with research institutions and companies to turn scientific challenges into high-performance, customized tools.
